Me: Yeah, I just didn’t really think it was my place to--

Me: Ok, well, I don’t know if my mom has told your mom yet.
Cousin: Well, I’m pretty sure he knew that cat was out of the bag when he told me.

Mom: [I can’t tell whether she’s laughing or crying] Now, you need to keep this to yourself, but it's kind of one of those Friday the 13th deals. Your dad asked whose birthday it was, and I said, “I think it’s one of the twins’.”
Me: I can’t make that promise.Will it be weird if I go?
