I have started this list several times. The first time, I think I had like 36 movies. Clearly I need to narrow it down. Kudos to you for responding to a List Challenge!
I must confess surprise that Joe Dirt has caught up to the rest! (also confess: I don't think I have seen it.)
There's something about Joe Dirt. I never really wanted to see it on account of it looks ridiculously unfunny. And in fact one time my dad told me he was going to watch it because it was on Comedy Central and I talked him out of it. But somehow I ended up watching it and every time it would come on Comedy Central (which is like every other weekend) my dad and I would call each other and say "Joe Dirt's coming on!" So I'm guessing it might make his list by now, too.

I have seen 7 of your 10. But I did not even know Hair was a movie.
I find this list fascinating and particularly Dev-esque.
